SMS and Email Communications

By providing your phone number and/or email address through our website or other communication channels, you consent to receive communications from Ultimate Wraps, including SMS messages and emails. These communications may include responses to inquiries, service updates, appointment reminders, and promotional messages.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive communications is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-Out (SMS)

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You may opt back in by replying START.

Opt-Out (Email)

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe from this list” link included in our emails.

Terms of Payment, Legal Fees & Disputes

Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless credit terms have been extended in writing by an authorized representative of Ultimate Wraps. Invoices that remain unpaid after 30 days are considered Past Due, and all present and future jobs may be put on hold until the outstanding balance is cleared. Accounts that remain unpaid after 60 days are considered delinquent and may be placed in collections. Unpaid balances after 60 days will incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month. Any expenses incidental to collection, including court costs, fees, expenses, and reasonable attorney’s fees, will also be charged to the account placed with our collection service.

Clients must notify Ultimate Wraps in writing of any invoice disputes within ten days of the invoice date. If disputes are not identified in writing within the specified period, the invoice will be deemed accepted by the Client. Clients must return any disputed work to Ultimate Wraps, accompanied by a written explanation. After investigation, errors on our part will either be corrected or credited to the Client’s account.

We are not liable for any consequential damages or loss resulting from the sale, installation, printing, or delivery of our products. It is the Client’s responsibility to read our FAQ page on our website before contracting Ultimate Wraps for any work. All quotations are valid for 30 days.

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required at the time of order, with the balance due before the job leaves our building.

Returns

All products offered by Ultimate Wraps are custom-made projects and are nonrefundable. If the Client has a concern with the job, they must contact Ultimate Wraps in writing before initiating any chargebacks or credit returns. Ultimate Wraps will be given the opportunity to correct and resolve any disputes within 30 days by fixing the disputed project. Since all jobs are custom products, Ultimate Wraps must be given the opportunity to reprint or reinstall any job before the Client initiates any credit card chargebacks or returns. If a credit card dispute is decided in favor of Ultimate Wraps, and if Ultimate Wraps suffers any loss of credit card business associated with the Client’s chargeback request, the Client will be liable for all legal fees and any credit card business Ultimate Wraps is unable to process during the dispute resolution period.

If the Client fails to make full payment on the job invoice, they irrevocably authorize Ultimate Wraps to remove the supplied graphics or reclaim any produced products. Since this is custom artwork, once the job is printed, delivered, and/or installed, all contracts are final, and no monetary refunds can be issued. Store credit only.

Estimates & Taxes

Estimates are good faith approximations based on job specifications provided by the Client and current material costs. Pricing and schedule are subject to change upon receipt of artwork and approval of the estimate. Pricing is valid for 30 days from the date of the quote. Estimates are contingent upon factors beyond our control, such as strikes, accidents, fire, and availability of materials. Ultimate Wraps’ minimum order is $95, and we require a 50% deposit upon approval of the estimate and 50% upon delivery unless otherwise negotiated upfront in writing. The Client’s order is subject to applicable state and local taxes unless a Sales Tax Exemption form is provided, fully completed, denoting that the corporation is exempt from sales tax. Appropriate taxes will be applied to outstanding invoices until this document is received.

Job Cancellation & Errors

If the Client cancels the order before its completion, they will be responsible for the cost of any proofs, artwork, materials restocking, and work performed until cancellation notice is received in writing. In addition, Ultimate Wraps reserves the right to charge a 20% cancellation fee in addition to the actual charges to cover unbilled internal costs, including scheduling, client communications, and resource utilization. Ultimate Wraps will gladly re-image any job that has issues due to an error on our part. This does not include software limitations or improper setup of a job by the Client. Ultimate Wraps will not be held responsible for errors in work after final client approval or neglect of final approval. No claims will be honored after 24 hours of receipt of any completed and delivered work.

Verbal orders will be accepted, but Ultimate Wraps will not be responsible for any verbal mistakes. Everything should be in writing. Ultimate Wraps will not accept responsibility for inaccuracies in verbal orders by the customer.

Limitation of Liability & Confidentiality

Ultimate Wraps will not be responsible in any way for any materials supplied by the Client. Original artwork is left at the Client’s risk and is not subject to replacement. Ultimate Wraps will not assume liability for damaged or lost files.

Project Start Time, Substrates & Installation

The start time of any project begins only after all support files and items related to the completion of the job are in-house and the Client has approved the artwork. The Client accepts full responsibility for determining if the purchased item will perform to their requirements on the substrate(s) to which they are applied.

Trademarks & Copyrights

Reproduction in any form of copyrighted materials without prior permission from the originator is illegal. It is the Client’s responsibility to obtain said permission. Ultimate Wraps is not responsible for obtaining permission and assumes that the Client has done so before submitting the work.

Design & Printing

Final approved designs become the property of the Client once the job is completed and paid for. Ultimate Wraps will save the file in its native format on the Client’s supplied flash drive. All other designs and materials used to create the design remain the property of Ultimate Wraps. Ultimate Wraps will only store artwork for one year. Any design fees associated with recreating the Client’s design due to the Client not having their flash drive will be charged to the Client.

Ultimate Wraps will not be held responsible for any design layouts provided by the Client. All original art must come ready to print. There will be a design fee for any changes made to client-supplied art or layout. The design fee is $100 per hour.

Additional Color Matching and Design

If the Client’s files exceed the determined file setup rate included in the project price, charges will be based on a rate of $75 per hour with a $100 minimum, billed in 15-minute increments after the minimum is met. The Client will be notified of this charge prior to work beginning, and we require Client authorization before proceeding. If Ultimate Wraps is creating original artwork, design will be billed at a rate of $100 per hour. Color matching charges are $150 per hour. Due to the nature of both screen and digital printing, we cannot match PMS colors exactly and give no guarantees of precise color matches. A +/- 3% to 5% variation is acceptable industry-wide.

Use of Images and References to Completed Work

Ultimate Wraps may, at its sole discretion, use images of completed work and/or refer to the Client in its portfolio and other marketing materials.

The Client is responsible for providing or purchasing high-resolution images for large format printing. Ultimate Wraps will not be held responsible for low-resolution images provided by the Client for printing.

Vehicle Wrap – Additional Terms, Conditions, and Warranty Disclaimer

Installations

Ultimate Wraps only guarantees final prints designed and set up by Ultimate Wraps. We reserve the right to void the warranty on any same-day print-and-install jobs or rush jobs. Ultimate Wraps disclaims all warranties on buses, planes, trains, RVs, custom vehicles, and vehicles with OEM paint that is more than 6 years old. If we are asked to cover existing vinyl decals, we cannot be liable for any damage caused during the installation or removal process to these decals.

A wrap is not paint. There may be extreme curves, deep channels, and moldings on the vehicle that the vinyl will not be able to conform to. In some small areas, you will see evidence of the vehicle’s original color. These may be small areas such as around door handles and the edges of the lights. A vehicle wrap is made by applying 52-inch vertical panels of vinyl, which results in 1-inch seams where the panels meet. On complex designs with many matching points, Ultimate Wraps cannot guarantee 100% alignment due to the extreme curves of the vehicle. A 5% margin of error is considered acceptable on large outdoor advertising projects.

Proofs are created on a flat surface and viewed at a relatively tiny size on computer screens and printed paper. In cases of curves, handles, deep grooves, rubber moldings/trim, on-thespot adjustments may be made by the installer to assure maximum readability or alignment. In many cases, there are slight differences between the printed flat paper proof and the 3- dimensional curved vehicle wrap. This can vary up to several inches. This is normal, and the wrap needs to be designed with this in mind.

It is not reasonable to expect a printed vinyl wrap to cover and look exactly like paint or cover all the tiny areas of the car. We make every effort to achieve as close to 100% coverage as possible; however, due to the difference between a wrap and a paint job, slight variances may occur. Please consider this before proceeding. We will make every effort to minimize these issues, but there is no warranty against them, and Ultimate Wraps will not be held responsible.

All delivery dates are tentative estimates and may change due to design changes, delays in approvals, and availability of labor and supplies. Ultimate Wraps will not be held liable for any claims, expenses, or damages due to failure to meet a stated delivery schedule.

Vinyl Warranties & Vehicle Paint

We warranty our installations for three months against peeling and lifting for most vehicles unless otherwise specified in the quotation. All material warranties are limited to those provided by the manufacturer of the material used. Ultimate Wraps shall not be responsible for exact color matches. We will not accept returns based on color differences unless we did not install the wrap according to the color proof. Warranties will be void if the vehicle is not properly maintained. The Client must not use a high-pressure washer, gas, or wax on the installed vehicle wrap.

Ultimate Wraps reserves the right to void the warranty if the customer has had the vehicle wrapped previously, and Ultimate Wraps discovers that it has been cut to the surface of the paint. In addition, Ultimate Wraps shall not be responsible for the removal of material that was not installed by us. This includes vinyl that has been painted over or has been installed with adhesives other than what we use. If vinyl applied by another source is removed, this may incur additional costs.

The warranty does not cover the installation of graphics on surfaces such as unpainted surfaces or surfaces with untreated or repainted bodywork. Ultimate Wraps disclaims all liability and responsibility if the paint is damaged when the graphics are removed. Ultimate Wraps does not guarantee that the installation of graphics on the vehicle will not result in the removal of paint. Additionally, Ultimate Wraps is not responsible for any damage that may occur to the vehicle due to pre-existing paint or bodywork.

Removal of Existing Graphics and Old Vinyl

Ultimate Wraps will not be responsible for any damage incurred in the removal of old adhesive-backed vinyl decals, particularly those that have been on the vehicle for more than 2 years. We will not be responsible for any damages resulting from the removal of graphics installed by others.

The Client acknowledges having read and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined in this document and has retained a copy for their records
